Updated Information on PN Hoffman and Stonebridge Associate’s Bethesda Project

After an extensive and competitive selection process, including public presentations, the joint venture of PN Hoffman and Stonebridge Associates was selected by Montgomery County to be its development partner in the redevelopment of Lots 31 and 31A with a below-grade public parking structure comprised of 1200+/- spaces (the final amount shall be determined by Montgomery County), an above-grade mixed use project comprised of residential and retail uses, and extensive public spaces and amenities. The property will be rezoned to the TS-M zone to permit the redevelopment project. The application for Montgomery County Council approval of the rezoning, including a development plan, has been filed with the Hearing Examiner's Office while the public parking garage will be subject to mandatory referral review by the Montgomery County Planning Board. Following rezoning and mandatory referral review, the project will be required to obtain subdivision and site plan review approvals by the Montgomery County Planning Board prior to commencement of construction.
